The area encompassed by Piazza dei Navigatori, Via Cristoforo Colombo, Via Santa Petronilla and Via Marco e Marcelliano is involved in redevelopment commissioned by the Municipality of Rome for the areas of Cristoforo Colombo.
In the area of Piazza dei Navigatori, a complex is under construction, which will include a directional centre and shops with underground and ground level car parks. A public square and green areas will enhance the forecourt. The whole project contemplates the creation of three structures and will involve several private companies.
STUCKY RESIDENCES are situated in Scalera/Molino Stucky architectural complex. The area called Scalera is composed of five modules: two for housing and one to be used for offices and public areas with a large park in the middle; it is benefiting from a broad conservative restoration programme and will host apartments having different surfaces.
