STUCKY RESIDENCES are situated in Scalera/Molino Stucky architectural complex. The area called Scalera is composed of five modules: two for housing and one to be used for offices and public areas with a large park in the middle; it is benefiting from a broad conservative restoration programme and will host apartments having different surfaces.

Molino Stucky is and has been for over a century the symbol of industrial architecture, realized by the architect Ernest Wullekopf.
After years of abandonment the company Acqua Pia Antica Marcia bought the complex in order to restore the ancient industrial area, keeping its neo-Gothic architecture and transforming it into a 5-star Luxury hotel, run by Hilton. The hotel has 380 rooms on 8 floors with terrace, tea room, fitness centre, sauna and hydro massage, sun-roof, an exclusive spa, meeting rooms, restaurants and bars. The rooftop hosts the wonderful sky bar and a panoramic swimming pool where you can enjoy the breathtaking view over the ancient city. In addition, the hotel has élite rooms and the prestigious Presidential Suite with terrace on the former-mill tower and “VIP” lift taking to the main entrance.
The project encompasses a residential area and the large Convention Centre hosting 2000 people and extending over 7500 m2. The complex, lying on 31,000 m2, is actually composed of three different areas: an area that extends vertically, including the former mill, flour storage buildings, silos and former offices, currently hosting hotel and residential facilities; a series of lower buildings, the former pasta factory, destined to the development of the Convention Centre and, finally, the area of the former film buildings Scalera that the company Acqua Pia Antica Marcia is transforming into a residential area.
Like Molino Stucky, where possible also these facilities will keep their original architecture. The residential complex will include different types of apartments, all with particularly sophisticated finishes, designed to add to the peculiar architecture of the structures.
