The project is developed in the territory located in the metropolitan area of Milan, on an surface of about 27 ha enclosed within Calchi Taleggi, Risceglie, and Kulishoff streets. The strategic position of this intervention area puts it in a context which is the object of major interventions of urban improvement and redevelopment, to create a new central pole in this area, within a mutual synergic exchange with the town.

The project contemplates the creation of a 25 ha wide urban park and the construction of a total of 84000 sq m paved above ground (besides the respective underground surfaces) mainly for residential use, with offices and shops. Besides, a tower building (up to 40 floors) for directional and commercial use, a school, a senior citizen centre and a health centre for disabled people will be built and given to the city of Milan, together with a historical building, named "Cascina Linterno"; the Bisceglie car park will be improved.

The Company is currently reclaiming the intervention area, which involves removing the old structures and levelling out the ground, to prepare the area for the next construction stage
