The Golf Club Nettuno is located in La Campana, Nettuno, about 40 km from Rome. It can be easily reached from Rome by the S.S. 148 Pontina, or Via Nettunense, which is only 2 km away.
The golf course stretching over a 6260 m surface inside the Campana pinewood and the Armellino wood, is an 18 hole par 72 course which combines the qualities of a real Scottish link with a modern American course. The GEDEAM-Acqua Marcia Group is considering adding a hotel which would merge perfectly into the natural environment without disturbing the ecosystem. In fact, the project contemplates the creation of an octagonal structure with about 50 rooms on three floors. Besides this, a restaurant, a commercial centre, a club house, guestquarters and a tourist residential complex will be part of this project aimed at redeveloping the whole area. The residential structures would be small three-family houses on two floors, for a total volume of about 4000 sq m.
