The project contemplates the construction of a hotel according to the requirements of the new allocation plan for the areas facing Via Cristoforo Colombo. The structure will be built on a site of about 17000 sq m adjacent to the Fair of Rome, delimited by Via Costantino, Via Galba and Via Giustiniano Imperatore.
With a surface of about 20000 sq m, the hotel will include 185 rooms, a luxury restaurant, meeting rooms and a prestigious spa, as well as two floors of underground car parks and utility facilities.
